At L · E · J, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the signature packaging is preserved.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective tissue and box, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item for quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
